Model status

Each active model is either LIVE or PAPER_TRADE. Two consecutive losing live settlements or a $5 live session loss moves a model to paper trading. It automatically returns to LIVE after either two consecutive profitable paper settlements or $5 cumulative paper profit. Archived models remain offline.
